Drone flights in the center of Vaduz
On behalf of the municipality of Vaduz, OST (Ostschweizer Fachhochschule) will be carrying out drone flights in the center of Vaduz on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 10 am to 4 pm. The flights will cover the public streets including the accompanying green spaces in the Lettstrasse, Am schrägen Weg, Kirchstrasse, Wuhrstrasse, Rätikonstrasse and Auring areas.
The aim is to record and analyze the existing street trees in order to develop a sustainable concept for accompanying street trees. The health status is to be determined by means of a vitality analysis. The image data obtained will serve as a sound basis for decision-making for the development of targeted measures to maintain and enhance the tree population.
In case of bad weather, the drone flights will take place on Friday, August 22, 2025.
